Your Lordship's information, a Return by the Surveyor General of 6 Inland or Town Lots which
put up to Auction on the 15th instant, it being considered likely that they would find purchasers.

Your Lordship will perceive that 2 of
these Lots remained unsold, and that out of the other 4 which were all purchased by the same
individual, only one fetched an advance of 15 per cent on the upset price. The additional yearly sum
accruing to the Land Revenue in
